- Returns must be sent back within (10) days of receiving the item. Any returns received outside of this window will not be approved.
- Any APPROVED returns made will be eligible for store credit only. We do not process REFUNDS. (If you ordered the wrong item and/or size we are not responsible for the shipping fee.
- If an item happen to be damaged or defective, you must report it to us within (5) days After delivery day . ANY DAMAGES or defective items reported after the (5) days will NOT be accepted. Please attach photos of the return inquiry.
- If you are missing an item from your order, you will need to provide us with a photo of your packing slip you received. If you cannot provide us with this photo, we cannot assist you in the situation.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your item was returned for store credit, shipping will be deducted from the total cost.
